I worked with Andy on 2 singles and an album. I couldn’t have done any of them without him. I went to him with acoustic songs, some fully written and some not and we bounced ideas off each other until we had something to work with. He would help with recording each individual track, vocally and musically and would add in his own ideas were he felt it could improve the song. He’s creative and talented but isn’t pushy with his ideas. If you don’t like them they don’t go in. My songs reached high chart positions and I’m sure other musicians will have the same and even greater success working with him. I will definitely work with him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else. Very talented producer.

We worked with Andy to produce our first single ‘Home Bird’ we had never recorded or released a single before and he was absolutely amazing to work with. Nothing was ever a problem he gave us endless time and energy to make sure that we got the track absolutely perfect the way we wanted it. His knowledge and skills in recording and producing are vast, and his passion and enjoyment for it is even more evident.
Our single went on to be #1 in the Amazon folk and new release charts and has since been played nationally in sports stadiums and to promote Scottish culture. We couldn’t have done this without his guidance!
